Since 2016, we've partnered with First Direct to craft a vibrant and unforgettable presence at Leeds Pride, one of Yorkshire's largest celebrations of LGBT lives. Embracing the ethos "Bank in black and white, live in full colour," First Direct's participation has not only showcased their brand personality but also their commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Over the years, First Direct has become synonymous with bringing energy and excitement to Leeds Pride, highlighted by their sponsorship and active engagement in the festivities. Our team meticulously plans and executes every detail, from the eye-catching DJ booth mounted on a custom-wrapped Defender to the distribution of branded props including ribbons, fans and bubbles, ensuring that First Direct stands out.

The transformation of First Direct’s iconic black and white branding into a kaleidoscope of colours for the weekend mirrors the bank’s dedication to celebrating the full spectrum of the community.

The culmination of the event is the sensational parade, where First Direct takes centre stage. Accompanied by lively dancers and a booming sound system, the First Direct DJ booth is at the heart of the celebration, backdropped by a spectacular inflatable rainbow. Our role extends beyond mere organisation; we energise and animate the entire experience, facilitating a dynamic dance party that features First Direct’s staff, embodying the spirit of unity and equality.
